Luke founded Clear Wave Search in 2025, building on over a decade of expertise in UK recruitment since 2014. Launching his own venture allowed him to develop a more personalised and refined recruitment model, tailored to meet the unique needs of clients and candidates alike.
Luke’s passion for recruitment is matched only by his genuine care for people. His career has been built on the principle of helping others, providing thoughtful advice, and maintaining meaningful connections.
His approach is rooted in open, honest conversations, offering practical advice and constructive feedback.
Before discovering his passion for recruitment in 2014, Luke gained finance-sector experience in loans underwriting, debt management and investment banking.
When he's not busy recruiting, Luke enjoys taking long walks along the beaches of Poole and Sandbanks with his lovely fiancée Hayley (who also supports as our office manager) and two energetic sausage dogs, Cooper and Cassie.
A Cornwall native, Luke has made Bournemouth his home since 1998, and also gained some international recruitment experience, spending a year in Sydney, Australia in 2018. A passionate sports fan, he loves a bit of tennis and is an avid supporter of Chelsea FC.
